JIM VALLEY

Jim Valley is an American Northwest Rock & Roll icon. Some of his accomplishments as a Folk-Rock singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist include collaborating with Stevie Wonder at one of the “Cavalcade Of Stars” concert, being a member of the band Paul Revere and the Raiders and appeared on such shows as Dick Clark’s Where The Action Is, The Smother’s Brothers Show, The Hollywood Palace, The Milton Berle Show, and The Lloyd Thaxton Show. Jim Valley played piano and guitar with one of Seattle’s most popular bands, the Viceroys, and recorded the hit instrumental song, “Granny’s Pad.” He also collaborated with Don McKinney in a band known as Don & the Goodtimes (“Little Sally Tease”). In the 1990s, he published a series of children’s books called The Rainbow Planet Big Books (Wright Group, 1996), and a songbook and musical play called, Wishes Come True…The Secrets Of The Rainbow Planet (Warner Brothers, 1998).
